Completion Course (12 Hours) Unarmed Guard

You must have already completed the 4-Hour Pre-Duty session to enroll. This course is the second part of the 16-hour certification, not a standalone class. These 12 hours cover Emergency Response, Patrol Procedures, Communications, Note Taking and Report Writing, and Professional Conduct. Building on the legal foundation from your pre-duty session, this course develops the practical skills you need to perform your duties safely and professionally. Completing this course fulfills the full 16-hour training requirement set by the North Carolina Private Protective Services Board. All 16 hours must be complete within 30 days of permanent hire.
